In an effort to enhance customer acquisition speed, streamline costs, decrease abandonment rates, and provide a top-notch customer experience, the bank is preparing to introduce a mobile-based digital account opening application that will prioritize scalability and user-friendliness.

• The same mobile app can serve as a platform for offering additional non-financial services to both new and existing customers, enabling them to apply for a variety of services conveniently from anywhere using their smartphones.
• Furthermore, in addition to digital account opening, the bank is also exploring the provision of Kisan Credit Card (KCC) renewal services to its existing KCC customers.
